1. Meeting called to order
2. Election of New Officers. The following board was elected for 2021:
   • President – Bill Condrashoff
   • Vice President – Grant Fletcher
   • Treasurer - Sheilah Asher (her last year; we must find a replacement for 2022)
   • Secretary - Benita Asher
   • Members at Large - Rosalie Escamilla, Andy O'Loan, Dan Klement, Chris Fuller, David Hopman, Jill James, John Escamilla, Grant Fletcher, Lyndsey Sammons
    
3. The Board received a favorable financial report from Treasurer Sheilah Asher. Bank account balance is healthy despite no fundraisers in 2020. The aborted Spring 2020 JTT season was our first to incur a loss since the program began. This was due to the purchase of ball hoppers and balls, which will now be used in a future season. Many registrants requested refunds on their fees, but about $1000 was left to the club as donations.
4. JTT: With Christian's departure, Lyndsey Sammons has agreed to take over league directorship. We will revisit the terms of that arrangement whenever JTT resumes, since it may be a modified format. All present were asked to think about possible co-directors to work with Lyndsey.
5. Court Access: Amador and Argonaut courts have been locked to deter soccer players. So far that seems to be working and we will continue keeping the courts locked for now.
6. Windscreen at Argonaut: Windscreen has been purchased and is ready for installation. Grant will coordinate with Andy, Lyndsey and other possible volunteers.
7. Drop In Tennis: For the foreseeable future, ATC will not officially promote drop in tennis due to COVID. Individuals can make their own decisions about if they play and with whom. It is up to them to schedule.
